Previously a program of Asian Pacific Development Center (APDC), the Cultural Development & Wellness Center Victims Assistance program provides support to those who have witnessed a crime or are survivors of crime throughout the entire state of Colorado.

Our victim assistance services are confidential and provided free of charge to victims without the expectation of reporting or interacting with law enforcement.

Our victim assistance services include:

  • Assistance in applying for financial services
  • Emergency housing
  • Victim compensation funds
  • Crisis counseling
  • Case management
  • Social services
  • Legal and personal advocacy

In addition, we provide the community with culturally appropriate educational workshops on the prevention of domestic violence and other crimes; diversity and sensitivity training for professionals in various fields; and other victim service programs.
