We offer part-time, non-paid placement opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students who want to gain direct experience in their select fields. Internships are between 10 and 20 hours per week and generally run from fall through spring or summer. Limited summer and full-year internships may be available. The majority of opportunities are appropriate for students who have some prior experience providing individual therapy; however, some entry-level positions and BA-level internships may be available.

Doctoral, APA-Accredited Psychology Internship Program
The mission of our doctoral internship program is to provide psychology trainees with effective clinical training in the assessment and treatment of underserved populations within a community mental health setting. Located in Aurora, CO, one of the most diverse cities per capita in the United States, our large community mental health center provides services that address a wide range of mental health problems with a client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families.
The diversity of the Center’s client population is underscored by our close affiliation with our Aurora-based Asian Pacific Development Center and Colorado Refugee Wellness Center. The program has been fully accredited since 2000 by the American Psychological Association. For more information, please click here.
