Same-Day Behavioral Health Care Access at Potomac Pavilion (West Entrance) in Aurora, Colorado
Connect to Care (C2C) at Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) offers walk-in services for those interested in receiving support for non-emergency mental health and addiction challenges. The Connect to Care team will work with you to coordinate your referral to other services, providers, and locations throughout our organization, especially if you would benefit from ongoing therapy or other specialized services.
If you are new to Aurora Mental Health & Recovery, a team member will assist you in completing initial paperwork and the initial screen(s). If you are already an AMHR client, we’ll coordinate your care with your primary therapist and treatment team.

What to Expect
When you walk through the west entrance of Potomac Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, you’ll be greeted by our Connect to Care staff. The first thing you’ll do is complete an initial screening. This helps us determine your treatment needs and next steps.
If needed, we will help you schedule further assessments, therapy, and/or connect you to the appropriate medical team for psychiatric medication management. Connect to Care is a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, care coordinators, and administrative professionals who are ready to help you.
When visiting Connect to Care for the first time, please bring the following:
- Picture Identification
- Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance card
If you are uninsured and interested in our sliding fee scale for payment, bring proof of income (most recent paystub or last 2 months of bank statements) and proof of your current address.
